Colibri’s enchanted setting evokes a sense of time and place. Our dining room is set in a West Indian cottage built in the late 1960s. The surrounding lush garden and magnificent trees provide a stunning backdrop for our alfresco dining terrace. We are humbled to take over such a vibrant space, and work tirelessly to preserve its original character and charm.
Inspired by Didier’s French roots and his wife Leah’s travels throughout the Caribbean, our cuisine re-imagines French classics using Caribbean ingredients and Créole flavors.
Highlighting Antigua’s abundance of local products, the menu changes daily depending on what’s available. Our farmers spoil us with fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs, rabbits, chicken, pork, beef and lamb. Our fishermen’s daily catch sees Snapper, Mahi-Mahi, Grouper, Wahoo, Tuna and Barbudan Lobster.
