Colibri’s enchanted setting evokes a true sense of time and place. Our dining room sits inside a charming West Indian cottage built in the late 1960s, while the surrounding lush gardens and magnificent trees create a stunning backdrop for our alfresco dining terrace. We are humbled to steward such a vibrant space and work tirelessly to preserve its original character and charm.

Inspired by Didier’s French roots and Leah’s extensive travels throughout the Caribbean, our cuisine reimagines French classics through the lens of Caribbean ingredients and Créole flavors.

Celebrating Antigua’s abundance of local products, our menu changes daily based on what our farmers and fishermen bring us. Fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs, chicken, pork, beef, and lamb arrive from our island purveyors, while the day’s catch often includes Snapper, Mahi-Mahi, Grouper, Wahoo, Tuna, and Lobster.

With the finest ingredients sourced from near and far, our talented kitchen team produces exquisite flavors you won’t soon forget.
